This website is operated by Elevate Sports NZ. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from the website.

Products and pricing

We aim to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate. We may correct errors, update information, change prices or withdraw products where required. All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is an error in pricing or stock, suspected fraud, or another reasonable issue affecting fulfilment. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange a refund.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and contact information.

Shipping, returns and warranties
