The SuperSpeed Squeeze targets a strength the best players share: grip strength. After finding that PGA Tour players tend to have far more of it than amateurs, SuperSpeed searched the science and built a simple tool that fits over the grip of your own club.
More grip strength means more control, more consistency and more speed. Research led by Dr Tyler Standifird of Utah Valley University found that four weeks of training, three times a week, raised grip strength by 6% and swing speed by 1.5 mph. The protocol takes under 15 minutes and can be done anywhere you can safely swing a club.
