Returns
First things first – we want you to love your new gear. If you don’t, we keep things pretty simple.
If you need to return something you’ve purchased, whether it’s not the right size, you’re not digging the style or there’s a warranty issue we need to address, our online returns process is quick and stress free.

TRUE 30 Day Trial
We want you to love your new shoes. If you don’t, we keep things simple. Wear them around the house or take them out into the wild for up to 30 days. If they don’t meet your expectations, let us know within 30 days, send ’em back and we’ll give you a mulligan (refund or exchange).
Complete a return form (below) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and you can expect the following.

- Our 30 Day trial is valid once per pair of TRUEs. Subsequent return requests will be considered on a case by case basis
- Sale shoes are still covered by the 30 Day Trial, however, return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
- Excludes shoes in the ‘Second Chance TRUEs’ Collection
* If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll cover the cost of getting your original shoes back to us, as well as the outbound postage costs for your exchange. If you’ve requested a refund, we’ll refund the initial purchase price of the shoes, excluding the initial postage cost.

TRUE Warranty
TRUE Defect Warranty
If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, we’re happy to help. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. At our sole discretion, we’ll either repair or replace defective products with an equivalent item, or provide you with a credit to use in our online store.
TRUE Waterproof Warranty
Some TRUE’s are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from purchase date) depending on the model. If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.
* Excludes normal wear and tear, physical damage to the shoes (cuts, abrasions etc), or shoes that have been subject to abuse or mistreatment.

Should your pair qualify, we may have you send them in to our warranty department for assessment and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.
Second Chance TRUEs
Shoes in our Second Chance Collection are not all new. They’re made up of ex-demo models, customer returns (wrong size), factory seconds and discontinued models. All shoes have been thoroughly inspected, rejuvenated (if required) and sanitised. They may, however, display very minor scuffs, marks and other aesthetic blemishes.
As a result, and due to the significant discount applied, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or warranties are available.
All Other Brands
We’ll accept returns on products that are in as-new condition, with all labels and swing tags intact, in their original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
You’ll need to cover return postage costs and we recommend using a postage service with tracking so you can keep an eye on your return. We can’t be held responsible for any items lost in the mail on their way back to us.Â
- Due to their runout nature, products purchased from our ‘Last Chance’ categories cannot be returned.
When your return lands back in our warehouse, we’ll refund the initial purchase price (less the initial shipping cost), using the initial payment method. To arrange an alternative style/colour/product, simply purchase the item from our online store.
