First things first – we want you to love your new gear. If you don’t, we keep things pretty simple, our online returns process is quick and stress free.

SParms Everyday Range

SParms Everyday Adult and Kids range are excluded from returns. As a size conforming product, they permanently stretch to a users arm when first worn. As a result they can not be returned to an original state and can not be returned.

True Linkswear

Sale and Second Chance TRUEs

Due to the significant discount applied, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or warranties are available.

TRUE’s run a size small like Nike, please ensure you have carefully checked the size guide and measured your foot before ordering.

TRUE 30 Day Trial for Full Price Shoes

We want you to love your new shoes. If you don’t, we keep things simple. Wear them around the house or take them out into the wild for up to 30 days. If they don’t meet your expectations, let us know within 30 days, send ’em back and we’ll give you a mulligan (refund or exchange).

If your TRUEs are in as-new condition, we’ll cover the return shipping. If they’ve been put to the test (worn), we’ll ask that you cover the return shipping. A $15 processing and restocking fee will be applied to any refunds.

You can utilise the 30 Day Trial once per calendar year. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

TRUE Warranty (For full price shoes only)

TRUE Defect Warranty

If you feel something isn’t quite right with your TRUEs, we’re happy to help. All of our products are warrantied to be free of defects for 90 days from the purchase date. At our sole discretion, we’ll either repair or replace defective products with an equivalent item, or provide you with a credit to use in our online store.

TRUE Waterproof Warranty

Some TRUE’s are warrantied to be waterproof for up to 2 years (from purchase date) depending on the model. If at any time in that window your pair does not keep the elements away, we will replace them one (1) time with the same or equivalent pair. If no such equivalent pair is available, we will arrive at a solution in a fair and consistent manner. Store credit may be issued per your original purchase value if necessary.

* Excludes normal wear and tear, physical damage to the shoes (cuts, abrasions etc), or shoes that have been subject to abuse or mistreatment.

Should your pair qualify, we may have you send them in to our warranty department for assessment and follow up with our corrective action if applicable.

All Other Brands

We’ll accept returns on products that are in as-new condition, with all labels and swing tags intact, in their original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

You’ll need to cover return postage costs and we recommend using a postage service with tracking so you can keep an eye on your return. We can’t be held responsible for any items lost in the mail on their way back to us. 

  • Due to their runout nature, products purchased from our ‘Last Chance’ categories cannot be returned.

When your return lands back in our warehouse, we’ll refund the initial purchase price (less the initial shipping cost), using the initial payment method. To arrange an alternative style/colour/product, simply purchase the item from our online store.

Please measure your foot to ensure you are getting the right size. TRUE sizes might be smaller than other shoes you own. If you’re between sizes, please size up.

Foot Length Measurements – this length reflect the measurement of your barefoot from heel to the end of your longest toe. The corresponding size allows for the extra toe room required for a comfortable fit.
